This Month, the Application Laboratory of GCC JF-240UV is going to introduce the digital foil sleeking application.

Both gold foil stamping and silver foiling commonly used today are foil sleeking technology. The difference is just the special color on the surface of foil material. For the practical application, however, the foil sleeking technology includes metal stamping, gold foil and hot foil sleeking on paper, etc.

This time, the GCC JF-240UV digital printer has adopted high-efficiency direct jet and ink overlap technique with GCC Primer ink. Through the calculation of inkjet process set by software, the GCC JF-240UV digital printer integrates the foil sleeking application, which produces color printing first, then applies the ink overlap technique to print primer on designated areas and finally add foil sleeking to perfectly create high added value to the foil sleeking products and enable the finished items more elegant and sophisticated.
