Easter Day is celebrated in different ways around the world. The period of celebration is a great time to sell gifts. All kinds of Easter Bunny and Easter Egg products that symbolize the meaning of Easter Day are extremely popular and liked by all.

This month, GCC LaserPro Application Lab makes a souvenir Easter egg. First, spray-paint over the eggshell, then use the GCC LaserPro laser engraver coupled with the rotary attachment to engrave an exquisite pattern onto the eggshell, making it the most special souvenir item in the store.

Process
Step 1. Spray-paint over the eggshell.

 

Step 2. Affix the rotary attachment to the machine.

 

Step 3. Secure the eggshell onto the rotary attachment.

Step 4. Press Start to begin engraving.

Step 5. Remove the engraved egg to finish the sample.

Step 6. Place the 2mm acrylic onto the working table.

Step 7. Press Start to begin cutting the base.

Step 8. Spray-paint after securing the egg to the base.

Step 9. The sample is now finished.

  Tips:

  • Be careful not to damage the eggshell when affixing it to the rotary attachment.
  • Prior to engraving, confirm that the egg is level to the rotary attachment. Otherwise, the focus will be unstable.


▲ If the rotation is not level, the object will be defocused.

  • Prior to cutting, confirm that the acrylic is level to avoid waste of material due to defocus.
