Along with the growing sophistication of relevant technologies and constant development of product materials, heat-transferred items have formed an ever-booming industry insensibly. Taking its debut in the textile printing, dyeing and shoe material industries, the heat transfer technology has taken a step into the application of a series of items covering hats, uniforms, t-shirts, aprons, wicking shirts, polo shirts, mugs, coffee cups, tiles and many more as the era of digital heat transfer printing is introduced.

The printing technique with highly saturated inks makes it possible for GCC JC-240E Print/Cutter to work on a vaster range of applications and to enhance product add-on values. Connecting heat-transferred products with creative design elements, GCC JC-240E centers on the three key ingredients of customization: exclusion, unique and creativity. Through delicate craft, visual aesthetic concepts are presented and creative values are boosted to meet customized design and style requirements.

GCC JC-240E Printer/Cutter is ideal for present-day customized applications with heat transfer materials. Its Print and Cut feature allows the new simultaneous printing and cutting technology.

Heat transfer printing steps:
  1. Place the heat transfer material on the platen of the JC-240E for sample contour cutting and printing.
  2. Remove the excessive material (and apply the silicone transfer film to obtain the pattern desired).
  3. Have a heat press machine ready.
  4. Fix the cut pattern and shoe on the machine with the printed image facing up and the shoe facing down.
  5. Set the required time and temperature (suggestion:15 seconds at 150°C).
  6. Remove the silicone transfer film and the heat-transferred items are complete.
