Bedazzle Your Trophy | Laser Engraving, Vinyl Cutter, UV Printer - GCC

LaserPro Application Lab recently introduced a laser application for cutting out customized rhinestone stencils on cardboard paper. This method can be used to easily align rhinestones on designer pants for various fashionable textures and effects.

This month's LaserPro Application Lab will combine rhinestones with trophies, to give typical engraved trophies added effect.

Step 1. Place the trophy on the platform for engraving

Step 2. Send engraving file to the machine

Step 3. Push Start to begin the engraving process

Step 4. Engraving completed

Step 5. Place cardboard paper on the platform for cutting

Step 6. Send engraving file to the machine

Step 7. Push Start to begin the cutting process

Step 8. Cutting completed

Step 9. Pour the rhinestones over the stencil and use a soft brush to brush the rhinestones into the stencil holes

Step 10. Use a transfer paper to stick the rhinestones

Step 11. Stick the transferred rhinestones onto the trophy

Step 12. Use a heat press or iron to properly affix the rhinestones onto the trophy

Step 13. Remove the transfer paper for the finished sample

Tips:

• Before cutting, make sure the cardboard paper is completely flat to prevent defocused laser affecting the cutting quality.

• Take caution not to overheat as excessive heat will deform the trophy.
