The GCC i-Craft™ Application Lab of the month is glad to introduce the application of heat-transferring PU films on t-shirts.

Heat transfer printing: the technology in heat transfer printing transfers images printed on heat transfer materials or transfer films on textiles, fabrics, leathers and other items through heat pressing.

These are the steps and details of heat transfer printing:

1. Place a sheet of transfer film on the fabric or textile with the printed image facing down.
2. Heat press the transfer film using an iron or a heat press machine.
3. Remove the back of the transfer film in one of the following methods:

• Cool removal: Slowly remove the back of the film when it is completely cool.
• Hot removal: Remove the back of the film immediately when it is still hot.
• Warm removal: Wait for a few seconds and remove the back of the film when it is warm.

Custom-Printed T-shirts: You can output your design to the printer through SCA and create unmatched quality images with the help of features such as contour lines and registration marks of i-Craft™. These creations will become lip-biting tank tops, hats, pillows, backpacks and other custom items!
